The premise
The premise: let twenty independent food vendors express themselves without the space turning into visual noise.
The concept
A concept for a food hall, working through the tension between vendor individuality and a legible whole. Each stall gets a fixed sign envelope and a menu-board template with room for personality inside strict limits, hung from a shared structural grid so the ceiling plane stays calm. The directory is a single rotating blade at the entrance rather than a wall of maps.
