Open-house materials that out-class the national franchise templates on a per-listing basis.
What we made
A boutique brokerage competing against national franchises at open houses. We built a listing kit that feels more considered than the franchise templates: a saddle-stitched property brochure, a separate floor-plan sheet that unfolds to a usable size, and a hand-signable note card. Agents fill a template and send it to print per listing.
The outcome
Agents report the kit comes up unprompted in listing presentations as a reason sellers chose them.
