The brief
Sightline privacy for a street-facing waiting room that still let staff see the door and kept the space bright.
What we made
The waiting room faced a busy sidewalk and patients felt exposed. Rather than a flat frost, we cut the film into a graduated eye-chart pattern that gets denser toward the bottom, so it blocks sightlines where people sit and stays open where staff need to see the entrance. It solves the privacy issue and tells you exactly what the business does.
The outcome
Patient complaints about the window stopped. The practice now uses the pattern in its print materials too.
